Terms of Use

1. The Service

The Service is a Telegram Mini App that lets you create, edit, download and share resumes. The core features (the free templates, the editor and PDF / Word files) are free of charge. Optional paid features — VIP and resume reviews by HR experts — are described in section 5. We may add, change or remove features; free features you already use will not become paid without notice.

2. Accounts

• Your account is your Telegram account: it is created automatically when you open the app, and the Telegram Terms of Service (telegram.org/tos) also apply to your use of Telegram, the bot and payments.
• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [contact e-mail] if you suspect unauthorised use.
• One person may hold one account. Creating accounts to evade a block is prohibited.

3. Your content

You own the resumes and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example to save it, render it, generate files and, if you choose, publish it at a public link. The licence ends when you delete Your Content, except for copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to use it (including photos and third-party personal data such as references — obtain their consent).

4. Public links

If you publish a resume, anyone with the link can view it and it may be indexed by search engines. You can unpublish it at any time. Do not publish information you do not want to be public.

Optional password protection and expiry dates limit who can open the page and for how long, but anyone who has seen your resume can still save or forward it. Choose a strong password and share it only with people you trust. You can see anonymous statistics of your page (views, downloads, approximate countries, sources); you must not use the Service to identify or track individual visitors.

5. VIP and paid services

• VIP is a prepaid pass for 7, 30 or 90 days at the price shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. It unlocks: unlimited resumes in the cloud, public pages with full statistics and view notifications, version history, tailored copies for vacancies, unlimited cover letters, premium templates and effects, and hiding the “Made with Folio” badge. Free accounts keep one resume in the cloud (others stay on the device), one cover letter that becomes final after its first download or copy, and 24 hours of statistics.
• Payments are made in Telegram Stars inside Telegram. Stars are bought from Telegram (or through Apple / Google) under Telegram's terms; the price in Stars is shown in the Telegram payment window before you confirm. We never receive your card details.
• Subscription: the 30-day pass can be bought as a Telegram Stars subscription. Telegram then charges the same number of Stars every 30 days until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Profile → VIP or in Telegram Settings → My Stars; the period you already paid for stays active. Passes for 7 and 90 days are one-off payments and never renew.
• When VIP ends, nothing is deleted: public pages are paused until you renew, resumes beyond the free limit stay readable and are saved on your device, and premium designs can still be edited but not downloaded.
• Refunds: you can ask for a refund by writing to the bot or to [contact e-mail] within 14 days of a purchase if you have not used VIP features bought with it (publishing a page, downloading a premium design, version history, etc.). Refunds are made in Telegram Stars to the account that paid. By starting to use VIP immediately you agree that the service is performed from that moment.
• Resume review: an independent HR expert reviews the resume you submit and writes recommendations within the time stated at checkout (24–48 hours). It is advice, not a guarantee of an interview or a job. If the review is not delivered within 7 days, the full price is refunded in Telegram Stars. The expert sees the submitted copy of your resume and your note only.
• Prices may change; a change never affects a term you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent or misleading, including fake identities or impersonation;
• upload content that is unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing or that contains malware;
• attempt to access other users' data, bypass security or access controls, or overload the Service (scraping, bots, automated mass account creation);
• use the Service to send spam or for unsolicited marketing.

7. Moderation, suspension and termination

We may remove content, unpublish public links, block or delete accounts that violate these Terms or the law, or that put other users or the Service at risk. Where reasonable we will inform you and give you the opportunity to download your data. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time on the Account page.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, templates and code belong to [Operator name — individual or company] or its licensors. You may use the templates to create and distribute your own resumes, including commercially for your job search, but you may not resell the templates or copy the Service.

9. AI and assistant features

Writing suggestions, ATS checks and resume import are automated aids and may be inaccurate. Review everything before sending a resume. We do not guarantee interviews or job offers.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Keep your own copies of important documents.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the app or by a message from the bot at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country of the operator], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there. Before going to court, please contact us at [contact e-mail] — most issues can be solved quickly. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
